Whole & Holy

“Salvation is a lifestyle of (w)holiness”. (Mike Slaughter, Momentum For Life, p.110)

When we eat well and exercise we feel good, healthy and full of energy.

When we feel good, healthy and full of energy we look good, act good, and think well.

When we look good, act good, and think well we have more opportunity, better choices, and greater peace.

When we have more opportunity, better choices, and greater peace our lifestyle has a positive impact on the people and world around us…   and we find our lives fulfilling.

Salvation may be God’s gift to us…   but living out our salvation through healthy habits and good fitness is the meaning of being both ‘whole’ and ‘holy’.
